Budgeting Investigator Support In Defense Of High Exposure Automotive Product Liability Cases 

           

1.)        Early Investigation and Evaluation Phase: Generally this phase requires approximately 120 hours of billable time and costs approximately $12K, expenses included.  Although the tasks listed in this section add up to more than 120 hours, not all tasks are applicable to each case.  A reasonably accurate budget may be prepared after only a few hours of evaluation and basic research.
